Research Interests
Our research aims to understand the role the epigenome plays in determining stem or progenitor cell fates. In this context, we employ computational and genome-wide methods to study histone modifications, DNA methylation, 3D genome architecture and expressed coding and non-coding RNAs, which are highly informative about gene regulation.
