biography
Dr. Browning's research is focused on the development of statistical and computational methods for analysis of large-scale genotype and sequence data. These genetic data sets present computational and analytical challenges due to their size and the presence of intermarker correlation. Carefully engineered algorithms and software are necessary to extract the full information from these rich data sets.
